Meet the Team
TONI JANKE is a Wuthathi and Meriam woman. Her family is originally from Cape York, North Qld and Murray Island in the Torres Strait.
Toni is a coach, consultant and singer/songwriter working with First Nations clients and organisations facilitating workshops and projects specialising in cultural capability, leadership, coaching, mentoring, and empowerment.
She has served on many Boards and Committees during a professional career spanning more than three decades working in government and the community and corporate sectors.
Toni holds as Bachelor of Arts/Law and post-graduate qualifications in Theology and Ministry, as well as coaching, neuro-linguistic programming and conscious hypnosis.
Business Development Manager
Terri Reid is a proud Wuthathi, Meriam and Gamilaroi woman from Meanjin (Brisbane). She grew up on the Gold Coast and has also lived and worked in rural and remote communities of Queensland and the Northern Territory. She has previously experience in government and the community sector, supporting First Nations business and social justice projects.
She is currently completing a Bachelor of Business (University of Technology Sydney). Terri oversees financial and operational matters within the business.
Terri serves as a committee member of the Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre's Interim Alumni Committee, having completed qualifications in Indigenous Leadership.
Emily Reid is a Wuthathi, Meriam and Gamilaroi woman who lives in Meanjin, Brisbane.
Emily leads all marketing and content creation for Toni Janke Productions. Her previous experience includes media, performing, acting and dancing. Emily is a young and inspiring First Nations artist, singer and songwriter, who designed TJP's branding and has worked on various other arts and creative projects including schools.
Emily has previously worked in community radio and broadcasting, as well as event coordination, planning, and hospitality.
